Lite Plan

With the Lite Plan we will monitor your system/s 24x7x365 looking for critical issues warning of problems with your system/s.  We will then call you to see if you want these issues fixed.  We also provide a commercial Anti Virus license and monitor this as well.

All work, remote or onsite, is chargeable at the applicable rate.

Basic Plan

The Basic Plan includes everything from the Lite Plan.  In addition  to this we test any Microsoft updates for your system/s and apply them when they have been certified safe to install.  We also check for and clean out (if necessary) Malware once a week.  Once a month we will clean out temporary files and internet debris (these take up unnecessary space and slow down your computer) and then defrag your drive.  Once a year we will come onsite and give your PC an internal clean, a checkup (WOF) and chat to you about any issues.

Along with all that we will provide a backup service that will backup selected folders or your entire system to another hard drive, computer or storage device of your choosing (this extra storage location can be supplied by you or we can provide you, at your cost, with this extra storage).

Any requests for assistance will be prioritised above casual and Lite Plan requests and will be slotted in the first available time slot  after the last Basic Plan assistance request.  All Basic Plan requests for assistance will be attended to within 48 hours from the first call.

Finally, all remote assistance (approx 90+%) is provided free of charge for up to 4 events per system per month.  Onsite support, apart from the annual WOF, is chargeable.

Premier Plan

This includes everything from the Lite and Basic Plans but adds secure, remote (online) backup.  You can select whatever you wish to be backed up, up to 5GB.  All data is encrypted and compressed prior to transmission to the backup servers.  The only data send to the server (after the initial “seed” data) are the in-file delta changes and any new files added to the selected directories.  In-file delta changes are a method of determining what changes have been made to an existing file since it was last backed up and sending only the changes – not the complete file.  This keeps your backups as small as possible.  If required more space can be purchased.

Any requests for assistance will be prioritised above casual, Lite and Basic Plan requests and will be slotted in the first available time slot  after the last Premier Plan assistance request.  All Premier Plan requests for assistance will be attended to within 24 hours from the first call.

Again, remote assistance is free for up to 4 events per system per month.   Onsite support, apart from the annual WOF, is still chargeable.
